RC-ETH wireless people counters with Ethernet connection
Description
The modem is installed close to the sensors and receives data from them via 430 MHz radio channel , the connection is simple and does not take much time.
During its operation, the Ethernet radio modem receives data from wireless R-Count sensors and automatically unloads the logs on the FTP server.
For networking an FTP server has to be run locally on any computer in the network or on VPS hosting, which can easily be done by any system administrator.
Ethernet radio modem does not require an external IP, it can be connected to any router, such as 3G, 4G modems.
Modem removal from the counters depends on place conditions and can be up to 30 meters, if radio channel is clear. But in any case, the modem can always be brought as close as possible to the wireless R-Count sensors.
The system provides guaranteed delivery of data, if your computer or FTP was disabled for a long time, the system will keep the data and transfer it after the connection is reestablished.
The best solution for chain stores and places where there is no possibility to run a cable and a quick installation is required.
Up to six additional counters can be connected to one Ethernet radio modem.
